Some people don’t get on with NAC but I really do & I love it. You can buy capsules but I pretty much buy everything I use in cheaper purer powder form so I have a big jar of it in my kitchen & I add 1/5 tsp to my cold ginger/turmeric infusion before I walk my dogs (plus vit c/bioflavonoids/pine bark ex/ collagen powder then I have a tsp high EPA fish oil & vit E oil with some green tea ex powder & im flying out that door although not in a bad or ungrounded way, just right, just energised, feeling positive & nutritionally facilitated👌😅🥰
